How to lock or unlock rotation with iOS4 and above

The iOS 4 firmware update includes a rotation lock feature, similar to the rotation lock switch found on the first generation iPad.

The new iOS4 update has the capability of rotating the screen (vertical and horinzontal). By default after installing the new IOS4, this feature is enabled.
